Spalding County Probate Court Records
The Spalding County Probate Court exercises exclusive, original jurisdiction in the administration of estates, probate of wills, appointment of guardians for minors and adults, and involuntary hospitalization of incapacitated adults. Most records maintained by this court are obtainable in person at the courthouse.
